These Terms & Conditions govern your registration for and participation in events operated by Sheena Ali Presents - Native ("we", "us"). By registering you agree to them.
All registrations are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. Prices are shown at checkout and include any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
Registrations are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel; where an event is cancelled by us, we will offer a refund or a place at a rescheduled date.
You agree to follow all reasonable instructions from our staff and stewards. We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund.
Photography and filming may take place at our events. By attending you consent to your image being captured and used for promotional purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheena Ali Presents - Native is not liable for loss, injury, or damage except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your registration applies to that registration.
